Overview
Maintain Like for Like Settings is an application which keeps a record of individual store opening and closing dates for like-for-like comparisons and reporting. It flags days that should be excluded from sales when comparing like-for-like sales this year to last year.
If a store is checked as Excluded for a given day or days for like-for-like comparisons, both this year's and last year’s sales for those days will be excluded when calculating the increase or decrease on last year. If a store was checked as Excluded for a given day or days in a prior year, both last year and this year’s sales will also be excluded. These exclusions will only occur in consolidated sales comparisons. When viewing individual store sales like-for-like settings will be ignored.
Criteria From
The criteria will be used to generate the exclusion settings of a store for a like-for-like comparison for a particular month and year.

Additional Information
To make changes to the exclusion dates, follow the steps below:

Complete the fields and click on the Preview button at the top left of the screen. This will take you to the Report tab.

Select the store hyperlink to make any changes to the exclusions.

Click on the Exclude box on the far right-hand side of the screen for the corresponding date to add or delete exclusion dates.

Click the Submit button at the bottom left of the page (you may need to scroll down to see it).

Scroll back up to the top of the page and click the Back hyperlink. Your exclusions will have changed.

Repeat steps 2-5 for additional store exclusions.
